would you like to meet animal

I choose this animal because they are cute in a way.  Baby monkeys also rely on their mothers to keep them fed and safe.  As mammals, monkeys feed their young milk. The smallest monkey is the Pygmy Marmoset, whose baby weight only 13 to 15 grams.
You can find new facts about baby monkeys and put in the comment.

Hang On!

It all happened so quickly! One minute he was standing on the platform, the next he was hurtling through the air, hanging on for dear life… Today I was going on a fast train to school. I was going to train stop 5. When I got there I realised that I was late for the train because my train just went past so I jumped on the train. I left my shoes on the platform but I did not mind. A man saw me and said “ Hang on little boy” when the man said that I realised that my hands were slipping off the train. I got scared and said to the man “I'm scared” and the man said to me “I'll get you” but he could not catch the little boy. He was too far away for the man. So the man said to the little boy “ you are too far away for me”. Luckily I saw an open window so I could get in. I said to myself that I can do it. I tried and tried. I finally got to the window and into the train.

Chocolate chip cookies with my sister

Today I made some Chocolate chip cookies with my sister. It was so so fun I loved it. First we put the sugar and butter in the bowl and mixed it together.

Then we added two eggs and some flour in the bowl and mixed it again.

After we added the other ingredients in a bowl and mixed it, this is how it looked.
Me and my little sister put them in balls on the tray.

Snow Experiment

Today I made five different types of fake snow. Some were good and some were not good. I got the recipes from google. These are the ones I made.

1. Nappy Snow
To make it need to cut open the nappy and get the inside of the nappy and pot it in a bowl. Get 2 and a half caps of water and pour it into the bowl and let the water absorb.
This sort of snow is wet and jelly like.

2. Shaving Foam Snow
For this I mixed one cup of shaving foam with one cup of baking soda.
The snow turns out fluffy and crumbly.

3. Conditioner Snow
You get three cups of baking soda and half a cup of conditioner and then you stir it in a bowl.
It looked like the shaving foam snow but it felt a lot better.

4. Snow Clay
This had two cups of baking soda and one cup of cornflour and one and a half cup of cold water.
Mum had to cook it on the stove top. You pour it into a bowl, get a wet tea towel and cover it over the bowl and let it cool down.
It looked like icing and sticky.  It was mucky to play with

5. Snow Dough
It was made with cornflour and moisturiser then mix it in a bowl.
This was the best one. It was smooth and soft to play with.

Dangerous Ways to School

I have been watching the most Dangerous ways to school in Bolivia. It was good and interesting. It was about two girls who have to walk to school for two and a half hours. There is also two boys that have to go on a enormous flying fox to get to school. If you want to watch this too this is the link here.

Lemon Meringue

On Monday I made a lemon tart with meringue on top. I made it with my Au-Pair Cecilia. First Cecilia made the base of the lemon tart. Cecilia said that it is time to make the the lemon tart now so I (Kezia) got up and started to make the tart. I put some water in a bowl, and added some cornflour. Cornflour makes the mixture thicken. I also added eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest and butter. The meringue was mainly made out of egg white and sugar.
It didn't take as long to cook as the recipe said. The taste was 10 of out 10! My favourite part was the lemon tart, but I also liked the rest of it too. The lemon tart was 10 out of 10.
